BRUMBY CAPITAL!

Thank you hive mind

After a record amount of comments on the last post, and a huge volume of direct emails and even a few WhatsApp messages - I have settled on Brumby Capital. First of all, a brumby is the name of a wild untamed horse in Australia, which gives a rough association to both me and to Horseman capital. Australia’s most famous poem, “The Man From Snowy River” refers both to wild horses and horsemen, so that makes it feel welcoming, at least in my mind.

Even more apposite, is that Australia’s best provincial rugby team, the ACT Brumbies, is my team. For a long time at the Horseman offices, and now at my home, this signed jersey from the 2001 Championship team has hung proudly.

So Brumby Capital is the way to go. I may change the logo at some point to something more brumby, and less chess, but that is for when I have more time. Thank you everyone - and for the subscriber that suggested Brumby Capital, 6 month free access is coming to you.
