Long gold short bitcoin could last a long time. Amusingly (to me at least), technological advances are bearish bitcoin - quantum computing, AI, these threaten bitcoin's capacity to work as a store of value. Big holders are sensing this, liquidating and moving into gold. Makes a lot of sense to me.

I also think the DOJ has a good read on wallet ownership - making bitcoin not ideal for people wanting to stay off grid...

Yes. I have used bitcoin as a tell on liquidity and the Nasdaq, but given some of these other headwinds for it, I am not sure if it is as correlated as it was. It's a headscratcher for me right now.

All it is are institutional investors doing a rug pull to scare the shit out of all the retail investors who are jumping off the cliff!! Once the inventory is on the market, they will go back in and buy, buy, buy, and become even more wealthy!! Just play bitcoin futures and buy it short by scalping!! Just don't get greedy!! base hits! This is the Cycle of investing! Definitely don't listen to Jim Cramer, and if you do invest in the opposite!!

I sense that this time around Bitcoin is going to become worthless and, consequently, Tether will break the peg with the dollar. These events will prick the bubble in data center and AI.
