I recall last cycle thinking how I might combine my interest in crypto and mining discovery speculation to concoct a 'coin' that would track the holdings of discovery/development/mining 'celebrity' in AU. Something like a (Mark) Creasy Coin or a (Tolga) Kumova Koin. Backed (somehow) by % of their holdings, market cap weighted, in ASX listed mining/materials equities. Probably would need some sort of market maker help. I gave up thinking about it when i tried to tackle what would happen when they exit their positions by selling to BlackRock or dumping into retail's open mouths, total rug pull.
Totally feasible and designing in custom incentive structures like liquidity at a cost is exactly what blockchains are uniquely positioned for.
You would also want a method for re-issuing coins to another wallet if someone can prove they are the original owner.
You could also allow for deposits via stablecoins, even tough this would come at cost of stablecoin off-ramp. However this would decrease the volume of people buying on the secondary market at premium to NAV.
I was looking at something unrelated but similar in 2019 and I bought ETH as it was like buying gas. Price was €70 at the time - if you have an idea that it could happen I’d recommend you buy the gas for the Layer 1 in advance.

FYI - Securitize (https://securitize.io/), the leader in tokenization is coming public via a SPAC (ticker: CEPT)
Interesting. Will have a read
Already EBITDA positive!
Interesting - which Layer 1 blockchain would you consider for your project if it was to go ahead?
not at that stage

Will your wife also being doing a separate coin issuance? Do you think, like Melania, she will raise more capital than you?
Jokes aside if anything comes of this it will be very interesting to follow along, and possibly be one of "the little guys".
Good luck.
If only I could do a USD2bn token issuance for thin air! Again, the suckers that bought that deserve what they get... interesting is the right word
